You came. Checked it and saw he wasnt doing anything wrong and at that moment in time they killed him having basically "lured" him into this situation with the pretense of GM needs to check you out?

Alright, so what we see is not the GM being at fault, but the players. Problem is, there aren't any rules set in stone about this. So it's hard to acuse somoene in such a situation anyway. I'd say it's simply a very low move of those 3 guys who shot him.

Here, my favourite, yet from previous "jovanka GMing session" in 2010: my fresh new char goes from to a base and has a Special Encounter with Slavers. Jovanka I didn't knew you was into slaving much.



Oh yeah my character must have been thirsty and dreaming about meeting jovanka in the wastes, or it must have been my "JovankaB" buddy's sneaker making pranks in front of me.

Well I don't know how frequently she forgets about turning uber-sneak on but I bet she likes a bit of spying on ;]

another time in SF, QLang noticing jovanka spawning in front of me.. well I told him that getting high on jet in New Reno wasn't the best option, but he didn't listen :/

ps. still, if you ask me, Jovanka is probably the second most helpful GM ever (first being Nexxos). she did a mistake, but you probably didn't lose much. if it was gorlak, he would ban you without excuses, rofl.
