Slaves/Mercenaries Slots Problems - Bag or not?

Problem with followers:
I'm Slaver. I have 9 Charisma, and Magnetic Perk, and Speech=>100, But i can't capture slaves more, than 2 NPC (must 5 slots). Writes: "You can't enslave this person, your party is already full."
I know, sometimes it happens if leave location without "knocked out, but alive" slaves. But this time (first time in this session) I have tried to capture the slave for the first time and any errors didn't make before. But... now i have only two slots for NPC party! Why?
How I can clean-erase my companions/slaves slots? Maybe, any forced text command is? Or something?.. Like command for delete character - ~deleteself <password>????

It would be very useful command. For ex.: ~clearmerk <password>

Now you can enslave only 2 slaves + mercs/followers.

2 slaves default.


Every mercenary or companion = +1 slave.

you have 2 mercenaries?  You can have 4 slaves at a time.
