I have lvl 2 energy expert and lvl 1 gunsmith(big guns) 100 repair skill and 3000 caps in poket and i still cant learn lvl 2 big guns. i think it a bug anyon has an idea why?

Max cap for proffesions are 3 I think.

dude there is only 2 profs of all profs. you can also only have 3 prof max. its not a bug.
if you get bger prof 2 you can get 1 more prof and with bger prof 2 you are at max with bg. to make more things you need blueprints.
