So ok... a lot of lockers don't have much in them. And if you get (for example) 12 10mm JHP & 5 caps, maybe it's working. Maybe you were only going to get 5 JHP & 1 cap.  Small increase, but still an increase.  However,  recently I opened a locker (with treasure hunter) and got... 1 cap.  Just 1 cap.  Now, there's not supposed to be any empty lockers so that means that treasure hunter did nothing.  So either treasure hunter doesn't work... or the increase is 0%-x%.

yes but am guessing when you enter a enounter thats when treasure hunter works. so if there was not supposed to be a locker there with treasure hunter one appears because it gives you greater chance of finding treasure.... or something like dat.

Hmm yeah it bothered me as well for some time.

I've opened about 200 containers and so far  about 6-7 blueprints and most valuable item beside them was one sniper rifle (just around 190 container) and few power fists.

all of that on character with 250 lockpick and tresure hunter perk.

Other thing is that If I find bullets, caps or something stackable it's always ONE of them. One 10mm bullet. One caps or one flamethrower fuel. That seems to be bug.

Plus i got similar experience with dismantler when getting single resource when perk should double the output

Or maybe it doubles roll for outcome? Anyone knows?
