I don't understand why you have make a support perk for thief which modifiy the couldown to 30 seconde at 15 seconde, and no perks for lickpicker which have 2minutes by default!
The only reason what i can see is for to don't make glow too fast but, with the fast relogue you can bring lot of alt lockpicker ....

Lockpick can be used in Glow, if we had a shorter cooldown, wouldn't it just be a bit... easy?



Also i don't like waiting a minute to be replicated, can we get a perk for that?
