where do I find how to conact a gm? I searched it about 10 times. How to contact gm.

If it says no GM is on, then use the forum(create a new topic or PM a GM), and see the results...

You can also try just being patient. When no GM is online on his GM account, the most probable reason is that he doesnt want to be. In extremely sticky situations, that are keeping you from progress, use forums or relog to another character and do something else for a while. Otherwise keep sending requesthelp every once a while and you will get through eventually. Make no mistake, GM will be pissed no matter what, but its just because they take on bitterness with the job. You will, actually, bother him less this way.
