So i had an agreement with Doc Java from forum (in game nick RaZoR) to sell him Gauss pistol. We negotiated on forum, as i posted a sell topic.
Anyway, we meet in Hub, he comes to me, bursts me from 1hex and kills me.
Is it allowed to screw up a forum market trade like that? what can i do?

Well that guy ruined his own reputation now. And you made the mistake of carrying something of high value. my tip for you the next time. is to make sure to trade on worldmap, to be with a friend who can loot you if things go to hell and perhaps to have 2-3 people with you where only one of that friends actually has to the item, so they can't know who to burst.

Anyway in general it's quite hard to prevent these things as you can see, so be carefull and check if such people have made succesfull trades before.

Yes, sadly it is allowed and encouraged way of gaining stuff since there is no in-game mechanism which would support you in any safe trading. Trade with only trustworthy players (those who you know well) or prepare to be raped and robbed.
