Alting and 3 tagged skills

The game has significantly changed from original Fallout. Why keep this restriction?

Perhaps add the Tag! perk.

I think Loner trait could be used for that. So if you picked Loner trait you could tag one additional skill.

Maybe extending to 5 tags would do the thing. Or no tags at all.

or if you want to do something really crazy, you could stick to the "skills increase with use" thing, where all perks become like support perks. That would kill alts once and for all. Wouldn't really be fonline then anymore afcoarse.

Skyrim?

in Requiem, there is enclave, player driven faction. They have to gather, craft.. like everybody else, but they have special base and rank before their names. Their roleplay is based on kill everyone.

The ''Good as it is'' and ''Vanilla is best'' mentality of the community will soon decline anything you guys mention here.

We should be able to join all factions simultaneously and become the Leader of them, too.

Skills/tags/loner was mentioned numerous times already

Devs had idea to make more hybrid builds (support perk which PvP builds would supposedly take) and it went wrong... Now at least half this era will be spend on further balancing (consisting of 30% upgrading, 10% balancing and 60% nerfing - as usual ;P ) it's hardly possible to manipulate with number of tag skills by them atm...

What does this have to do with the current subject?

Skyrim?

There are allot of games who have this approach. Most roguelikes, all elder scrolls games and plenty of rpgs (or games with rpg elements) use this.

in morrowind, I do believe you couldn't join all 3 of the houses :).

Trolololol.

But I do like the idea, of maybe, loner trait giving another (1) tag skill.

+10% experience is complete crap, though, I suppose if you're just some 1 ch build and all it might seem nice, but still.

And of course, to balance it you'd have to take off the +10% exp.

OR: make the Tag Perk available as a regular Perk to Loners, not a free perk.

I like how it is now, it makes creating good build challenging and you always have to make compromises.

With 3 extra levels and lower craft skill requirements hybrid builds don't suck as much anyway.

Oh I never meant that you should be able to join all factions. That would be silly wouldn't it be?

It's a brilliant idea!
Because you do not have any companions you learned how to survive alone. I think that one extra tag against not be able to join any party, faction or have any followers is kinda fair.
Guess someone forgot that there is no problem with gaining experience, but with further playing.
I know several people who doesn't like to create some new alts to do this or that, but to play only one character.

Or just give character with trait loner possibility to learn 5 not 4 proffesion level.
