Police officer killed me when I firs time entered NCR

Happened to me too when i started playing... A brand new character was killed whit no reason :/ but only once and reputation is still at 0

happened to me too, but without the killing part. walked round the map a bit, gathered materials, show up in NCR, suddenly they don't want to protect me :( is picking broc flowers such a crime? it has happened with EVERY character i have made, no killing, they just don't like me.

this happened to my melee alt, i just figured it was a random bug, not that big of a deal since the first time you enter NCR you don't have anything on you anyway...

think of it as a "welcome to the wasteland" :)
