Police officer killed me when I firs time entered NCR

I created new character and  enter NCR , message pops up thet I will not be protected in town. 2 seconds after that  police officer shot me? What is this???

It was right after you created new character?
You didn't logout, didn't share character with someone else? What's your reputation with NCR?

maybe you stay in doors or something and police kill you

Nothing. Create character, pick up some brock flowers and fix healing powder. I enter NCR and nobody was arround me and I got message thet I made villain in town etc. I just got in town first time! Probably some bug.

TheGreenHand:
If it's a bug, you seem to be the only person ever to encounter it.  What's your NCR rep?  I'm assuming there's something you did that you didn't realize.
