reduce lockpick cld

why not reduce lockpick cld? so if we can try 15 in less then 30 min to pick a footlocker

First of all, i dont know why its 2 minutes and not 1 minute like it is with almost everything ...

I remember it being 10 minutes in previous wipes. and I think it's fine.

2 minutes is way too high, how about scaling cooldown with Lockpick Skill?

That sounds good actually. Do it just like FA. high lockpick is rewarded with low CD low skill lockpickers.. well let them enjoy their high CD.
