They work as a chance to upgrade a non crit, rather than a luck roll they have the flat chance displayed.

targeted shots are the shots that you can't do if you have fast shot

Im still little confused about spray and pray so please help me out. Does it mean that with spray and pray perk we can ignore armor critical hit/mitigation modifier using single shot/burst weapons? Does it affects all BG weapons and ignore armor critical hit/mitigation modifier completly like in decription and if not, how does it really work then? Just curious if bg crit builds are still viable in this patch cause of the new armor stats. Peace

Yes zero that's right, the reason I came up with this one was to keep the crit burster build alive

Stupid question I think but nonetheless: Does this perk apply to NPC armor too or only PC?

Because then I would think it would be better than more crits (lvl2). 10% more crit VS -25% crit-defence is a hard choice. It's basically JHP VS AP ammo
