FIXES:- Some encounter guards now warn the player when he or she comes into 5 hexes range instead of 2. They also spawn few hexes more far from the player to compensate.
Disable that at all... you cannot even use first aid on them if you want to (for some karma rise)

Dunno what to say actually. I got a really nice encouter yesterday - a slaver with two slaves and a lone wanderer. The slaver killed wanderer, then they're just went to their places. I walked around them keeping the distance about 10-15 hexes and btw I didn't try to loot the wanderer. So when 10 sec passed the slaver just started shooting and of course he killed me cause I was unarmed. Is this ok? I mean - it is a feature or bug?
Was there an issue that prompted the change in guards comfort zone? This is an odd thing to have been concerned with IMO. And northern Raiders attack if you're in the encounter with them too long, no apparent reason.
