Caravans..?

I wish i could make a caravan guard build,so i went broken hills full of hope but the guy in charge refuses to talk with me..is 1 ch the problem..?
Also,can it be made public a list of caravans spots and what prerequisite is needed to join the ride..?

There currently is no caravan guard job in the game.

Is this feature in game now?

I went to Crimson caravan today and they offered me a job, 3rd or 17th in options, I was told to go to entrance and speak with leader, leader say "no job today" today is the 3rd.
