Yes, I swear I would. Maybe you are surprised but some Hawks should go on that list automatically. I don't really care since I'm shot in every player encounter... (only survived encounters are the ones where I managed to run away)

Yup, but an Outlaw is different from a PK. I can say that someone who help Outlaws without killing anyone is Outlaw, you can't say that a dude who help a PK without killing anyone is a PK

Well, there are the crafting alts for PK Factions and the crafting players of PK Factions, some players who don't fire a gun in more than 2 years, well, that is a controversy if an APK kills him, he would be killing a non-pk player, but it's allowed as long as this non-pk player is supplying the PKs, he creates the weapons of war of our enemies, so he is our enemy as well.

I have to agree with that, it doesn't make any sense to not shoot enemy crafter, it's obvious he is going to make a new weapon to pwn you in a next encounter with his pvp ape!
