I have to agree with that, it doesn't make any sense to not shoot enemy crafter, it's obvious he is going to make a new weapon to pwn you in a next encounter with his pvp ape!

Irrelevant! Enemy miners will get resources from other places, or by trading, or when you are not in the game. And you can not for sure know that it's an enemy miner.

update: I found out that this mining has something to do with faction influence. If you warn people before killing them it is justified.

Yup, but an Outlaw is different from a PK. I can say that someone who help Outlaws without killing anyone is Outlaw, you can't say that a dude who help a PK without killing anyone is a PK

Maybe it's kurwa? I won't feel I did wrong to add such people to list. The only thing that doesn't count is trading. But I suggest highly to avoid trading with pks, because you can be tricked.
I repeat this is a list of those considered to be dangerous to meet in wasteland and shooting them does not get you on a black list.

ok marko, now putting the insiders-trolling between me and hawks aside, Troll 1 was my town control sneaker last sesseion and I used it quite extensively in reno as well. THe point is, with a normal pvp char you kind of provocate situations where you might shoot innocen people. However with a sneaker you can avoid that 99% of the time.

What the above screenshot shows is me killing fojtiks miner char, who is the leader of hawks, after our gang has been at war. I wouldnt have killed a miner char ov kelin (though he probably wouldnt mind as he just said himself) but the point is, that fojtik has been known to personally insult us and the gang and entertainung us with copypasted rage pm's.

So what do you think now? do you believe me or do you call "bullshit tttla propaganda" on my post, marko?

The reason why I was insulting you was just because you have breached the agreement between Leon (whom I respect for finding who organized the whole thing and could have a greater word in the gang C88) after the whole possible conflict and then cancels the agreement on assistance to the weaker side, where weaker side was only TTTLA, then you have declared war on the absurd reason and better PvP against minority, but without the help of TTTLA would never be possible.

I told you in advance that I will challenge you every time I see more people on your side. I have just called swarmers and niggers during each TC, when I saw you outnumbered, it was my martial sentence to welcome you in city, I never called you like PKs or something like this, just swarmers and niggers which you were.  One time, I laughed at your IRC channel with my nick Myspulin, that without more people you can not how to do. It is a reason, why my crafter with nickname Myspulin was killed. Time you had same number like we and nobody insulted you anymore, even not me, but from your side yes.
 
Reasons why I have challenged them were for the injustice, cowardice, and doing things only with TTTLA. But it looks like John Porn still can not get over this and only one his reason that he killed my crafter is only that i called him one time before several months common with TTTLA together like swarmers and niggers, as other gangs make a fun from you . What I said was more a philosophical question than pure reality and I was reacting at someone's post about crafting alts. Of course when I got killed by Res and two hours later I see Res. mining I will shoot him (just an example, Res doesn't mine he does "tradings" with players).

I think twice or even three times before I decide to kill anybody, killing unknown miners is mostly a waste of time, ammo and quite a big danger that a miner is my friend. So no, I would mind to kill your crafter/miner John since you can't defend yourself and to be honest it's kinda retarded to act like that. There are real cowards in the wasteland who deserve it, not you. Another story is killing your Troll 1, sure I kill him because if I don't kill your sneaker then you will kill mine.

Do you even recall what i told you? If we see you become too many we wont stay out of it, and wait for it: 3 hours later we see you with every gang ingame at den:)

No no, you just said that you will be neutral before we told you ahead that we common with BHH planning attack to Den, like a response to the fact that we were shot by TTTLA (second time, before with TTTLA common with Rogues together under the guise of that we are seen with german nicks, we did not want to repeat this situation but it happened with BHH this time) during when we wanted to have a friendly fight with BHH.  But it is not only from this reason, reasons were much more during conflict. War between tttla was not my idea, our people hated tttla before. I was only the last one who had to adapt own people, because we were outvoted.
