You wont stop whining for some reason... That guy probably looted it from an encounter (i got 5 of them all broken) Saw you on VC a while ago and you seemed busy doing nothing. Just go with it im sure theres 30 more productive people taking shots at the issues at hand.

No way to mine, cos theres no resources, so No way to craft.
No way to get expe without a weponary cos of mining and No way to barter, so No way to get base and No way to go to TC.
No way to play cos its on only in the night time, in the thay is Crashh- Trash, so
TC left only for friends of Gms

The resources regeneration tweaking is very...'multi-knob'.
Set the amount injected each time they're regenerated/their capacity to very high, you've effectively giving away free resources.
Set the regeneration interval to higher, you're reinventing old timeouts (stare at the barrel for hours).
It's gonna take some time to tweak, and, it should work as incentive (both for players and devs) to look out for/make other ways to obtain much needed items.
But general idea - let's have it bit more scarcier that it was previous season, shall we try?

But now even gunrunner quest for rise SG and get a gun in imposible to do cos you need to be liked to get to this guard. Can't buy a gun cos you can't earn from basic crafting. Cant make a gun cos no resources in mines. Kind of loop you can't get out of... I would rather have timeouts and be able to mine then don't get any resources at all...
PS: anyone have spare 75k caps for private mine?
