-educated
-awarness
and others...

In the CBT, you can get them in each bigger town from Altruists etc. As for the actual quests, I don't think these will be spoilered here.

These are support perks...

Calling them "SPECIAL" may make people mistake that they have something to do with 7 primary attributes (including me)
