Don't bother, if NPC skills didn't change, barter 260 or 300 shouldn't make any difference.

EDIT: Small update:
- Sharpshooter is not available via Throwing skill too
- Updated the description generator for perks/drugs/quests a bit.

why am i getting this your special is incorrent because of bruiser trait?.... its +4 str i use the 4 str on something else and i get that message, =/

With Bruiser trait minimum strength is 5
