I took Action Boy twice and with 10 AG the Action Points displayed are at 11 but should in reality be 12.

I just tested that with Firefox 3.6 and I get AP 12.

Please, tell me what you have chosen exactly (special, skills, traits, perks) and browser.

It could have also been the "gain Agility" perk. I took it as well.

Yes, it is Gain Agility perk. Going to fix this.
