TEH WIPE IS SOON!

I Don't Understand how Developers make their Game look bad by seeming Enjoying the use of "Soon" in a Meaning of an Unknown Time that may never Comes as it seems.
Anyone I can Think of would see that as a catastrophe, but here it seems as a Part of a Long Joke that isn't Funny anymore.

First rule: As long as something wasn't announced officially, everything written on the forum must be taken with a grain of salt. We never posted about the wipe in the past x months in any news if I recall correct and everything else written on the forum solely has been guessing or hoping and was never a fixed date. I.e. these "hopefully wipe in may" or "maybe wipe in august" posts never had been "we will wipe in may / august"-announcements.
Regarding "soon" ... Well, that's a joke kind of established by the community due to slow progress and stuff like that, it didn't came from us. We had been inexperienced with giving approximate time windows and now it can't be changed anymore and we have to live with it. Living with it doesn't mean we shouldn't make fun of ourselves every once in a while, though. I can't see why this is making the game look bad.

Then wipe it.Show us that you are meaning it seriously and all players will be happy, even if server have some bugs.
