Bug:
You cannot open trading window again with any NPC without restarting the client.

Produced by:
1. Talk to some NPC
2. Start trading and move items which you have 2 or more (e.g. 2x Junk)
3. Leave the window open which asks how many you want to move
4. Wait until trade time ends and trading window closes

After this you cannot open trading window with any NPC unless you restart the client.

This is also happening in old 2238, and has already been reported, and hasn't been fixed yet.
