Provide new values for helmet items and we'll see if they make it into the game. That's the fastest way I can think of right now.

As for CA/CAmkII/BA weight of body armor + helmet should be equal to current OBT armor weight.

One third the original weight of armors.

1/3 - helmet and 1/1 - armor....well mr smart ass tell me then how u will make sniper 1st with small frame now?
and how you will loot armros after battle if u cant carry your own armor on your back?
best solution :  10%- helmet 90%armor, total weight before wipe 100%, so for example if ma mk2 weight 16kg :helmet 1.6kg, armor 14.4kg and everyone is happy.

1.6kg helmet sounds OK (motorcycle helmets are like 1-2kg), if it was 1/3 of 16kg, you would be carrying 5kg on your head (!!).

1 str , small frame snipers will not be viable after wipe since weapon handling gives only 2 str towards weapon management.

and how you will loot armros after battle if u cant carry your own armor on your back?

This comes from a chosen soldier , do you think i'm stupid ?

This sounds reasonable.

If u wanna make 1 str small frame sniper then go ahead but its cost of no armors for u :) Something for something now stfu

Helmets +armor should have weight of "old" armor
1/10 9/10 or 1/5 4/5 weight is not bad idea though

Carry weight is not influential when it comes to looting via pvp characters , players just bypass that with proxy looters and guess who likes to use a lot of proxies in combat , the same goes for other teams so i don't make such stupid remarks.

This really is not a bad idea.

Well again, checked military helmets, and pretty much everything is under 1.5kg (modern being lighter).
I have no idea how are helmets going to be implemented, but for Power and Combat armors total weight should not change.
I have no idea how much would power armor helmet be (probably more than anything else, because it's powered armor afterall), but combat will definitely do as 1.6.
If there is going to be something as metal helmet (whatever it would be, but that was never full suit of armor, hence it has lower AC than leather) it still should not be much more so the body can handle strain.

Yeah right, might be even more, when counting neck armor (like aventail), but that's for closed helmet.
Anyway, checked wiki to remind how stuff works - metal armor is 15kg - crude metal helmet would be probably something like 2kg.
Combat armor is 9kg, but helmet for it might be somewhat more than 10% of combat armor - like 1.2kg at least.
