No, it's just Vortis. All NPCs with Sha Enin skin are troublesome, you talk to him, say bad words, he cuts you with knife, rangers protect you from Vortis, slavers protect Vortis from rangers, rangers shoot protected slavers, NCR guards protect slavers from rangers, other rangers don't like what NCR guards are doing and everyone kill each other.

I do hope they won't make another stealth, shitty wipe, almost without pre wipe madness. But this one is so awaited, I believe they will at least nuke NCR and spread APA one day before.

You guys sure we using same server? It was back in my GM times and i remember abusing almost every possible command, macros, and even few hot-patched functions

But you're partialy right - server is wiped usually at night hours (GMT) and GMs/devs activity concentrates at most populated cities at given moment (what usually puts NCR and Modoc on top of list). So, it is possible to miss whole thing - especially if you're not hanging on IRC channel, where info shows up first.

...but, there is already some visible detail prepared to be used on forum. Hope we don't forget about it when stars will be right.
