I'm pretty sure the madness has started. Swarms of NPC's at NCR. All of the NPC rangers killed.
Also lots of people running around killing and looting, so I'm pretty sure it has started.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, just a reinforcements at work. Most likely some gang decided to start TC in NCR ;p

Aaaah, these new guys... When everybody will run around in APA not looting anything, it will be wipe.

Was a TC/slaughter?

I set the guards off all the time with a vilified character- then the guards and rangers and cops and slavers all pile in in a feedback loop, shooting each other.

Other people do this every day as well.

It's fun to do in Old Town as well.

It's when the game is going to be erased(includes all players, items, etc.) and you'll have to start fresh <- Wipe

Wipe Madness: When the GMs let all players loose, killing each one another, doing everything before the wipe...
