Let me see if I can get this:

* If I am a new player I don't deserve a car even if I got the money to buy it?
* If I am a new player I don't deserve a faction or a base because all the names have been taken?

I put caps in my piggy bank for days so i can get a car and watch New Reno like a hawk so i can buy a car only to get blown to pieces and have my money and my car stolen right in front of T-Ray. That guy dosn't protect his clients? That can't be good for business he is the only car dealer in Fallout and he is protected by the mob.
I go to buy a base (that didnt hapened I just herd this from my friend because I dont have any MONEY) and the guy dosnt sell me one because guess what... I HAVE TO TELL HIM A FU**ING NAME THAT MY FACTION WILL USE or else he dosnt whant to sell me a base, why dosnt he like Eat S**t or Home Sweet F**king Home or any name that comes to mind. I have to guess what name HE whants for me? C'mon I have been gone an year and still the same annoying  s**t. This kind of s**t made me leave the first time and I like this game in general.

This is only a fraction of the annoying shit that f**ks up your game and the will to play. Lots of people calls this realism ... ARE YOU F**KING INSANE!!!??? 

And all this s**t on the cover of "the wasteland is harsh" and is more realistic this way because you see... F**CK YOU!!!

I have to disagree with what you posted, having a base/car is quite easy even with being a new player (quite a few new factions have started in the past 1-2 months with new player leaders) It doesn't matter if your new, as that goes away.  What matters is if your smart enough to know how to get a base/car.  Not being silly and deciding to try and buy a car, alone, on peak hours where there are bound to be pk's waiting.

I watch't New Reno Gas Station for hour's (most of the time I wait for T-Ray to respawn) and not in peak hours. Nobody was around when I whent to buy the car, he came after I finisht the transaction, and about that s**t "going alone", well I dont know anybody to go with someone, and even if I did I dont think 4 of us could handle the 5 mercs and that guy with a minigun mostly because its RT and the mercs have better reflexes.

I want to enjoy the game and the time playing, not to spend my time waiting like a paranoid lunatic for 4-5 hours. Patience has a limit and an expiration date. When I play I want to enjoy myself, not to wait that much time, I value my time because I dont have to much when it comes to games.

4 good plyers can handle 5bg/ew mercs and 1-2players. just dont stand to close to respawn point. mercs are uslles

P.S. The guy came after I whas in and after that he campt T-Ray's room so no matter how many friends i have I could get most of them killed.As far as the friends go, I only have one. By the way started this game again like a week ago so not to many friend making.

If you would have closed door behind you nobody would probably came. PKs are just checking map from overview and when the T-Rays door are open they jump in and..... die by my avanger bursts. xD Any open door in unguarded city are invitations to fight. Full merc squad can be handled in RT even by simple char if you'll use terain. Trying to take them out in the plain is suicuide. And about the bases: i agree that buing base is inconvenient and unintuitive as shit but if you would make some time searching forum or wiki you would surely realize that there are names left and which of them are free. But i doubt that is possibility for you so rather keep making silly therads to amuse whole comunity. xD

Realism and npcs can never fit. If we had realistic npcs, T-ray would be a pk that jumps on people from worldmap with a highwayman and 5 mercs which he bought with all those caps he got from selling cars.

Base seller npc wouldn't be selling any bases because bases are more valuable than caps. He would just keep all the bases and laugh at the hundreds of players without bases. Or he would sell to noobs and when the noob hoards his items there, the base seller npc would take it all because the noob didn't understand to kick him out.

There's a reason why t-ray is where he is and why he doesn't protect his clients. It's because of risk-reward factor. You risk yourself and your moneys to get the car.

Bases will be changed after wipe. The reason why they could only be bought by a group had its meaning but players bypassed that with contacts and proxies.

I get what you are saying but its frustrating at time and its kind of hard to make friends on this game and the chance that you'r time will intersect lets say its less then low and stop with this "if you have  bala bla bla bla (if I had pulld the Holly Hand Grenade of Total Distruction from my ass) About the wiki... I made guns, money (enough to buy a car), tent everything from scratch with just a f**king Colt borowd from a guy in VC in less then a week with 2-3 hours of play a day. I could have done much much more but I had to get used to the controls again, to learn a few new things, remember what I forghot. I am saying that for a new guy its so hard that he will lose a portion of the interest for this game right then. Some things you dont learn on the wiki.
You have maneged to stay in this game all this time, dont know the cause, but half of the beginners leave not because they get killd (this is the way you actualy learn in this game) but because of s**t like this.

Then try again , aren't you interested how the game will turn out when you overcome the difficulties ? If you are still interested to play then do it smartly , go to fonline irc channel ask for help , advice or message someone politely in forum. Hell you could message me , i wouldn't mind to increase the population of the server by one player if it means helping out a new player , there isn't much to do anyway.
