Where can I get one?
The wiki said they're not in game but how can you get one?
Cant there be a quest to get them or something because i'm a junkie now

i.e. you can't get one. In FOnline 2238 there is no cure.

U can ask GM for it, but i doubt it will help. You have to level up once again.

Era or 2 ago antidotes could've been found in PvP events sometimes...
