There is something above 21th level:

I need to level up mah ape further, to see if there's a perk to pick on 24th.

First character level 24 on whole server, which perk should I pick? Mmmmmh, faster healing will make a true uber-powerbuild of this char, the others won't stand a chance!   ;D

Ah, I was wondering about this, since Solar said there would be 24 levels. Just never bothered to actually try leveling... Thanks for discovering this. Maybe devs should edit the dialogue for the NPCs in the towns to allow this?

Probably he called the topic "Cow level" because that's the place to be when lvling from 21-24 in diablo ;)
