Dont mistake Junkyard for Junktown, I've encountered people with this problem.
-If the man is missing he may have been killed and he'll respawn after a while, or maybe a GM/DEV removed him.
Here's a picture to show where he is.

LMFAO, THANKYOU!!! I was definitely thinking of Junktown. Thankyou so much for the help. I feel really stupid, but enlightened, thankyou for not making the moment more embarrassing for me
