Would be much easier if some gm would fix redding sheriff, ncr guards and tc chest already....

Same problem for me... I've helped them in Downtown and now I can't enter the city anymore...  :-[

Only solution is to wait until bad rep goes above -1000 and start selling things to NPC vendor to speed up the process, or just wait until it gets to -200 by itself. Will require a bit of time tho.
