Probably he wanted to say that it'll give you X additional CH with opposite sex and X penalty to the same sex, where X is a difference between your current (or base) CH and 1. So if you have 1 CH, it won't work, if you have 3 CH, then you'll have 1 CH with the same sex and 5 CH with opposite sex, so you can't hire any same sex merc, can't talk to same sex traders who don't talk to uglies, can't carry same sex players in a party, but can hire 2 opposite sex mercs, 4 opposite sex players and talk to opposite sex traders. People will make 5 CH female taxi alts and there will be no female pvp apes ^_^ or opposite.

Oh, if it's for everything, not only for traders talking it would make more sense.
Espercially if this effect couldn't be "fixed" by taking CH drugs.

actually yes, i d like to see 1-10ch girl with sex apeal that cant even speak with girls, same with 1-10 ch boys ( they ll look like gays for other boys, so each one gonna kill this faggots ) :D
