But here's the thing: what you suggested wasn't related to the sex appeal trait at all. Maybe they could make a trait for what you specified but it has to have a down-side to it. What you suggested would pretty much make three Charisma have no purpose, whatsoever.

You forgot to propose negative side of the trait.
And no, 1 CH for people with same sex won't work, because what you propose is trait for people with 1 CH anyway.
