Good Sniper Builds

Please tell me some good Sniper Builds, both Small Guns and Energy Weapons. I want to know your opinion.

Small guns:
ST:5
PE:9/10
EN:4
CH:3
IN:8/7
AG:6 (5+1)
LK:6

Laser guns:
ST:6
PE:10/9
EN:4/6
CH:3
IN:8/7
AG:4 (3+1)
LK:6

Traits:
finesse
small frame

Perks:
3=awareness or some other (toughness if have EN 6)
6=more criticals
9=better criticals
12=lifegiver
15=lifegiver/more criticals
18=more criticals
21= more criticals (if not picked in 15) (toughness if have EN 6)

If dont want 10/9 in PE put in 8, and choose sharpshooter perk(but im not sure if work fine).
You can go with 1 in CH but wont be able to do quest/trade/get profession unless you have mentats
For laser sniper you can put 3 in ST and pick weapon handling in lvl 12, but you have to survive with laser pistols till that lvl.
You can also pick skilled trait to have more skill points, but only 5 perks.
If you want to shoot more often increase you AG (always an odd number) .and can pick bonus rate of fire perk (when were fixed)

Skills:
weapon of choice: put  275+
repair and science for small guns crafter
science for laser crafter (also need 80 in repair to get electronic parts)
tag first aid if dont want to be a crafter (or if dont taged repair for laser crafter).
outdoors also will help to survive and travel faster.

Note, that to shoot sniper rifle for head, eyes, groin, you need 8 AP.

Taking finease if you dont take 10 luck is missed . finease is if you want 95% crit on eye shots.

i strongly suggest againts it both for normal and energy gund ...reason - BA + psycho and you will do no damage unless bypass. Energy same but instead of psycho target needs tesla armor.

seconds 275 - you dont need that much ..
well for energy yes but .223 uses mod reduces armor by 20 so ... to head snipe at night at 50 yards you need 262 skill. (why not eyes ? well afaik CA cant be sniped in eyes)
for energy you need 20 points more when compared to SG

Finesse is retarded if you don't have armour piercing ammo. Enjoy your 0 damage crits.
