i thought since BA and MA2 resist plasma and laser by like 70%, damage dealt by those types of weapon are crap anyways so taking finesse doesnt really matter. Correct me if i am wrong, im training a luck10 energy critter with finesse

Small Guns ,Sneak ,First Aid.
Perks: Crit stuff,awareness,Weapon handling
