How to join Brotherhood and how to rise karma?
Wallace:
1 I've heard that you need to talk to a guy at bunker at NCR San Fran or Den to join the brotherhood of steel but there is no such guy in NCR nor SF - so how to do it? (or any other way to get armorer 3 except joining enclave?)
2 my karma with NCR and VC went to -100. Then it changed to -99 and then to -96
but i dunno what causes the relations increasment. Can you help me at this? (can't entirely find myself during this era)

Probably you FAed NPCs who belonged to that faction, it raises reputation.
About joining, I think it's impossible for now.

1 Forgot to add: i used FA on NCR caravan guard but that didn't rise any of my karma with them
2 so how do i become armorer 3 now? Via enclave?

Then you killed some raiders or muties or something.
Looks like. You'll have to join enclave just to get profession.
Wallace:
1 so basicly a crafter who (almost) doeasn't fight can't rise his karma?
2 if i join enclave will NCR shoot me on sight?
