Unpacking the Fallout 2 tutorial at vault tec lab but it wikia so i dont trust it. you should take a look at see if it a good tutorial.

by the way guy i have fallout 2 on steam.

Go to No Mutants Allowed you find there all you need. I'm curently translating Fallout 1 and 2 in my mother language (romanian). Is very easy to mod after you get the hang of it. But you get borred after some time.

ok i have open the fallout files but it not letting me extact the files for some reson
