It looks like you`ve misunderstoond my last point.
The point was to make `em both equally usefull.
And one more thing...
The best MMoRPG I`ve ever played is FOnline 2238.

I agree that every stat should be equally useful, might i rember you that this game is in a "BETA" stage for a reason?

NPC in encounters can be friendly or hostile based one CHA.
With 1-3 they'll shoot you. You look like a ghul-mutant-gecko hybrid.
With 4-6 they'll look at your rep before they'll shoot.
With 7-9 they won't shoot even with -1000 rep if you'll keep at a distance and don't have a gun at hand.
With 10+ even deathclaws don't attack you, but don't try to pet them if you like having both arms.
Ghuls and supermutants can be attracted to lower charisma and can get hostile at Brat Pitt lookalikes.

7-9 charisma not attacked even with -1000?
To be -1000 you must have killed something like 3-4 guys in a faction, or have joined an enemy faction, and in boith cases they wont think "what a pretty face, maybe i shouldnt kill him/her", they will think "this guys killed my father/brother/wife/dog, so i'll rape him from the eye socket or any other hole i can find".
1-3 killed at sight by anyone? C'mon, i'm ugly, but i'm not a sort of infested terran on a protoss world (Starcraft. Infested terrans are humans infected by the Zerg (alien race) and Protoss (Alien Race) are making all they can to "clean" the galaxy from zerg AKA kill'em all)!
