NPC faction (BoS) suggestion

suggestion about factions...
Fallout NV story: today my character joined brotherhood of steel, tears start to come to my eyes and i feel abit weak, madness ?
honorable faction, most honest in wasteland - fail to small, weak, abit brainless group...
in fo2 u joined BoS and acting like super hero, but even in fo tactics BoS turned to sick guys, that "steal" tribals to take them in faction, faction control from selfcontrol and honor become to totalitarism and autocracy...
unbelievable version: but in FONLINE bos members kill weak people, steal items from BoS members and kill on sight any watelander, madness ?
maybe gm's must control BoS population in next sesion ? or quest to join and stay in BoS must be really hard to "evil" ? :D
i d like to see Fonline BoS *members* ideas ;)

Everything is ok except for "stealing from thier own brothers", of course they must be instantly kicked from faction for that. Other, like killing innocent, stealing from anyone else but BoS, robbing bases, tent, raping brahmins, killing children, taking drugs and suicidal exploding with dynamite and shout about GM abuse is ok for BoS member, as they aren't knights in shiny steel power plates, they simply want to keep all technology to them, and make everyone not reach that technology, thier patrols should kill you if you're holding plasma rifle, but they don't, that's what could be changed. BoS won't care if someone was captured by raiders or slavers, BoS won't care if you'll kill whole town (if only you done it with some high-tech item, then they will find you and kill you and take that item), BoS won't care if you're killing children (if only you're not melting them with plasma), BoS won't care about anything, if you're not doing hostile actions towards them or have possibility to do (have something high-tech and very dangerous), if you not, you're nothing for them and they don't care about you.
