I've seen various guys hangin' around with Hardened Power Armor, they said they found it in weird places, like behind Hub billboard or such.
It is Pre-Wipe Madness or just a treasure hunt?

Since it's been a while since the last wipe and the new one is on the horizone, we've introduced "pre-prewipe madness". We've hidden various similar items all over the wastes, gave away more powerful stuff through events and such, to give people something new to fight for. Note, that this is still not the "real" prewipe madness, where stuff is laying around everywhere etc. Hopefully, players will use the hidden items in fights etc.

Ran trough all reno  , reno stables , golgotha , mariposa base , rocket silo , themepark , gordon gas station didn't find anything nolifers must have claim it all over night or maybe devs think " hidden " is in ncr , hub etc. etc. for trolls to claim it and if some troll actually finds it it will wear in his tent and die from happiness in the end the PA will rot , so give PA to real men who would actually use them

The idea was to introduce them in larger quantities (53 to be precise) so that exactly the bold part does not happen. I want them to be used in actual fights, not as tent decorations.

Then distribute the pa's for the major fighting parties in the wasteland and sooner or later you gonna see them in action , if you give pa's to ncr trolls well the bold part happens just saying

Dont know what "various places" mean but i little tried it out (Mariposa, Modoc, Ghost Farm, VC) and nothing. Maybe i am blind, or i wasnt behind EVERY wall but nothing. Ill see
