What about adding a barber shop in every town (currently they are only in VC and Klamath stating to wiki).

Why stupid? It has no impact on game and it does not attract players anyway.
If one was in Hub/Redding/NCR it'd just make more poeple know about it and use it. Adding some well needed diversity to game.

With quite stupid i mean that is "just for flavor".
I'm suggesting this because always going to Vault City (so-called "protected" location) or Klamath (unprotected) just to cut hair isnt easy.
Maybe one in each of the major trading center (Hub, NCR, Vault city, Redding, New Reno, San Fran).

It's easy if you happen to spawn next to it. And in fact if you already decide to roll long hair or bald dude, you can just keep creating new char to get in there. Nothing exciting or hard.

Make 40 outdoorsman and go through desert. Hold money in hands so they wan`t be stealed and make HairCut.
Take DayPass in VC - usefull thing.
