Hello,

I'm playing with my best friend at Fonline. we play Crafter and we need to protect our stuff.

I'd like to know if it's possible for us, my friend and I, to buy a base ?

If not, how many players at the minimum is needed to buy a base ? Or is there a another way for us to get a base ?

Thank you guys.

You'll need to be three or four.

Thats a little vague.  It would be nice to have a correct explanation why the vendor will at one time not give dialogue and at another time does give dialogue. And once you finally get a dialogue after making your (place your favorite number here)'ieth  fun run into town, holding 130 k caps but then keeps claiming there are no party members around or that they should follow you...

These are the new faction names:
Generic name 1
Generic name 2
...

These are rather bad names, it is possible to modify these if I bought it already?

Just a heads up for any slavers buying a junktown base, BOS and Remnants kill you on sight and your base will be right in the middle of their territory. You're better off with a northern one since all the good slaves are up there too.

What base are you talking about? The locations for bases are mostly random: for example, the 130K ones can be a little north of NCR, and also east of Junktown, as well as other places. I think it would just be bad luck if you get a base out there for a slaver.

Unguarded towns are dangerous, because they are, well, unguarded.
Keep money in hand while buying a base or proffesion, take some friends with as protection. Use scouting and city preview, it's not as hard to buy a hideout now.

Lol at keeping it in hand, as if people bother trying to steal when they can just kill you.

A little of a revival but what happened with Earl at Junktown? He won't accept my beer, there is no choice even if I have it.

EDIT: you need the 5 caps, not the beer.. sorry, my mistake

Was trying to buy a base yesterday from JunkTown.
Tried 20 names from the list, none works. Then I tried Generic Name <+ a number>, it works!
Btw, I am reading the wiki about base.
It said "enemy entering your base (Either because of a betrayal or a successful tracking)", what does tracking mean?
Does it mean people with extremely high outdoor skills able to find your base?

Nope, that means if someone join member's party, and he (member) will not see this. So he'll bring an enemy.
