I see some people posting to buy bases off players, and those people usually are not aware of these recent changes, where we can read the following :

- many faction name added (Generic Name X), where X is 1-700+

So you can buy any 100% safe faction base at any NPC seller for Wiki price??

YES ! When they ask for the name just say : Generic Name 452 or whatever !


While we're at it...

Sarmatians hold Redding ! thus making it a very safe place to buy a base ! Just a few steps in downtown into the Malamute Saloon, and you'll get your very first base near Redding, a city with a very strong history about it, as there used to live the WWP, and many fights happened. Fellow Sarmatians will also help you out if it's your first time getting an hideout. They might also tell you a few war stories, or show you a gauss pistol signed by Joe Metzger himself (actually a cross near the handle)!

I guess you don't know it's planned and waitin for wipe.
And I heavily doubt a team buying their base now in the session would do any TC.
