m60 dual burst build. will destroy vc, ncr army and any other group you can think of. even bos if you have right tactics.

yeah laser rifle will do 11-15 points per shot on vc ca.....   about the same as... well nvm, have fun!

It gives you more damage when you score a crit, allows to ko/insta kill creatures easier .
