Wiki says "Fast Shot does not affect bursting or throwing in any way.". That is not totally true because it affects Throwing Knifes too.

Does a character's Luck have any impact on receiving (as opposed to inflicting) critical hits in battle? I'm wondering because I had a LK 1 character get critically hit by Mobsters three times in quick succession.
