How does using tool from inventory while repairing works?
I had few sniper rifles in inventory, I used repair on one and in new window among other rifles I saw tool (i have super tool kit in active hand slot). I clicked on it and repaired my gun. Did it few times on other rifles and started to wonder how does it pick item to use as parts to repair? Does it always take items in worse condition? If yes, is it max or current condition? I know it's not next item on list, because beyond repair items appeared also in the middle and end of list.
Does using tool like that gives some repair bonus or still only tool in active hand slot counts as bonus?

you need a advanced work bench to make combat armour and good metal parts and hq alloys , also cant forgot you need the blue print.
