Why was the "make new topic" function disabled in Suggestion section? Do the devs not accept new suggestions anymore or is it just me?

AC is how hard you are to hit. With 40 Armour Class your enemies have -40% accuracy for shooting you. AC only works when you are running. If you stand, it is always 0. And if a player has 200% Small Guns skill, he can hit you with (say) 200% accuracy, but the max is 95%. So 200-40=160%, capped at 95%. If you are running away with 40 AC from a person who has 80% accuracy, then 80-40=40%. Then AC helps. So kamikaze is not very useful.

I had a few questions,
1.Is the abandoned bunker still available and is it obtainable in the same fashion it was before and if not what are the requirements?
2.Are plasma nades made in Energy profession or demolition?
3.I cant find an actual tc page that isnt garbled, can someone direct me to one that explains what the requirements are and how to activate and utilize tc?

Lets see. If I got 2 CH beacause of beer and i set up my  one mercenary to defend my tent or base ('attack everyone but not me'), then after time beer stop working and I got 1CH again - my merc will still be set on this mode? Will I be able to talk with him? Will he attack those players who arent 'me' - as mode title says?
Please give me some explain. Thanks

1. I think it's the same, but hopefully someone else can confirm that.
2. Demolition.
3. Not sure on that either, hopefully someone else can help.
