You could also use traceroute to find out where, actually problem starts (like you did :P). Server farm, FOnline server is hosted, most likely, has not the best connection route to you.

So what should I do?

I do not know a way you could affect the route itself. It's the server somewhere in GB, it causes this latency.

Vandal:
Is it possible to get motion sensor? And how?
