What is consequence for perk childkiller ?

In fallout 2 was not nice.

No effect in 2238, or atleast I haven't see anything special happen with it ;)

Question about Outdoorsman skill. Does having a higher skill for OD lessen the chance of an encounter completely or does it just give you the option to avoid or engage more often?

The way I see it is, if someone had a high skill in outdoorsman they could find encounters more often but choose to not engage. Although this may not be the way the game works.

Not gonna make another thread for this, but I can't get music.
And before you ask, yes I moved my music folder from the FO:2 directory into the FOnline data\sound\ folder, but it still didn't work.
Help anyone?

does the support perk demolition expert increase damage for thrown explosives or is it still only for tnt?  And will players who got screwed over on the radscorpion egg quest (corpses used to disappear before you could loot them, was patched) ever be able to get the snakeeater perk?
