You need 2500 caps i think i actually had 3k, it only costs 500 but you need to prove you have enouhg caps to be trading.

You need to find and consume blueprint. This one is quite common in footlockers at city encounters. Wierd is that you can craft superstims without blueprint when for classic stims you do need one ;]

wow, thanks a LOT. can i just enter in city areas or it need to be a encounter?

also, are stims more "sellable" than healing powerder? If not, I better try another way to earn my money...
