Man of steel, bonehead and 10 luck is pretty awesome, the only problem with that is you are only resistant to crits and do less damage or have less hp and have to invest so many points. Personally I think man of steel truly shines as anti crippling since it makes arm crits 40% and makes a better crit a 1/10 max possible. Not to mention stacking protection with helmets means possible -40 crit rolls on eyes.

It's even worse with Plasma.
Finesse basically adds 30% to targets damage resistance.
Laser Rifle has Penetrate perk which reduces targets damage resistance to 1/3 of its original value.
Plasma Rifle hasn't got that perk so each target gets 30% damage resistance and there are no modificators.

Once you have that motivator in your inventory (can be purchased from midget in hub for 800 caps) u click on a robot and dialog box appear. Just choose to repair it with the motivator and it should be ok. 20% repair is enough but you may need several attempts. Also removing stucked piece of junk from the robot seems to help)

If you're looking just for criticals, not really for damage (crippler), it can be useful, but there are better weapons for that purpose. I don't recommend it.

Sorry, I mistook it with Magneto Laser Pistol.
So to answer Rain's question: MLP is the only energy weapon worth to mix with Finesse.
But the best one ramains 14mm pistol anyway

The dialog box doesn't appear, when hovering over the Mr.Handy, only "look at" option appears. With and without motivator in active slot.

As well as using science, repair, motivator item, etc, doesn't work.

About Explorer perk :
I've never achieved to learn it. Cities and locations I don't have on the Worldmap are : Raiders, Toxic Cave (north of klamath), Vault 13 and military camp (the last two cannot be seen according to the wiki).

Any ideas what's wrong ?

What about all train stations - I'm certain that you have to visit all.
And you must ENTER each location. Not only have it on a map.
